2022 Certificate Program for those Moving to
Human Resources Responsibilities in a Catholic Workplace

This dual master's level CEU program is open to all Human resource and business manager professionals assuming parish, diocesan, or religious congregation Church responsibilities.

Spread over several webinars/discussions from January - March 2022, this program will assist human resource and business manager professionals in a Catholic workplace who are moving to Church human resource administration. It will familiarize participants with Catholic teaching on apostolic mission of the Church, stewardship, and the dignity of work, while highlighting presuppositions that may differ from their previous work environments. Participants will be offered resources to empower them in fulfilling their role in building the Kingdom of God.

Comprised of four, 1-hour webinar sessions that will be followed by 45-60 minute structured-discussions with the instructor.

The webinar sessions will be available the week of the discussions, on-demand. Discussions must be attended at the dates and times below. 

Each participant will be assigned a mentor from April - June 2022.

Duel credits: one master's level CEU offered (1 CEU = 10 Hrs) through Neumann University and four recertification credits through HRCI and SHRM.
