Welcome Tina Kohrmann from Dr. Haney

A Warm Welcome to Tina Kohrmann

July 14, 2026

Dear NACPA Members and Supporters,

As I conclude my service as Executive Director, one of the greatest joys I have is passing the baton to someone I know, respect, and admire—Tina Kohrmann.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with Tina through her leadership in the Diocese of Belleville and her dedicated service to NACPA. She is an outstanding human resources professional, a collaborative leader, and a person of deep faith and integrity. Most importantly, she understands our mission and shares a genuine commitment to serving you, our members.

As our Episcopal Moderator, Archbishop Edward J. Weisenburger, so fittingly observed:

“Tina’s extensive experience in human resources, her longstanding commitment to NACPA, and her dedication to serving the Church make her exceptionally well qualified to lead the Association into the future. I look forward to working with her as NACPA continues its important mission of supporting those who serve the Church through the ministry of human resources.”

I leave my position with a grateful heart, knowing that NACPA’s future is bright. I am confident that you will welcome Tina with the same generosity, friendship, and support you have so graciously shown me throughout the past decade. I know that Tina will be an exceptional leader — and I look forward to watching our association continue to grow and flourish under her guidance.

With heartfelt gratitude,

Dr. Regina M. Haney
