A Tribute to Dr. Regina M. Haney

July 7, 2026

Dear Members and Friends of NACPA,

As I begin my service as Executive Director of NACPA, it is an honor to recognize Dr. Regina M. Haney for her extraordinary leadership and more than ten years of dedicated service to our association.

On behalf of the NACPA Board of Directors and our members across the country, I offer our heartfelt gratitude for Regina’s vision and dedication. She has guided NACPA with wisdom, integrity, and a genuine spirit of service, strengthening NACPA and positioning it well for the future.

As Archbishop Edward J. Weisenburger, our Episcopal Moderator, observed, “Regina’s legacy is both substantial and enduring.” Under her leadership, NACPA launched the Certificate Program, expanded webinars and on-demand learning opportunities, enhanced consultation services, strengthened annual convocations, and cultivated partnerships that broadened NACPA’s impact throughout the Church. Our association is respected, mission-focused and well prepared to continue serving Church leaders for years to come.

We are grateful that Regina’s service to NACPA will continue through consultations and special projects, allowing our members to benefit from her experience and insight. She will also continue her longstanding commitment to Catholic education by leading an innovative board formation initiative that is already engaging Catholic schools, colleges, and universities.

Regina, thank you for your remarkable leadership, generous spirit, and unwavering commitment to the Church and to NACPA. We wish you abundant blessings in this next chapter and look forward to the many ways you will continue to enrich the NACPA family.

Sincerely,

Tina Kohrmann

Executive Director
