Consultations
After a discussion to clarify the clients' needs,
NACPA will develop:
a detailed proposal, outlining the expected outcomes
action steps
costs of the proposed consultation
Prospective clients will review the proposal and discuss possible
revisions. After reaching agreement, a contract is signed
and the work begins.
Consultations generally are conducted over several months
since time is needed to gather information from a number of
sources, compile the findings of the consultation and develop
recommendations.
