This workshop is designed for persons in religious congregation
administration and is particularly helpful for people new
to these positions. It deals with the tensions and challenges
of ministry within the congregation - both how to deal with

and/or teams to probe realistically the leadership experience

HUMAN RESOURCE IMPLICATIONS IN LEADERSHIP TRANSITIONS
This workshop examines the natural steps in a time of transition,
the skills and tasks needed as new members of leadership teams
begin their work together, a workstyle inventory to be completed
by all team members and a careful review of the practical
