Diocese of Las Cruces – Director of Human Resources
The Diocese of Las Cruces, New Mexico, is seeking applicants for the full-time, exempt position of Director of Human Resources. The person selected will report to the Bishop and will be responsible for the administration of human resource policies and procedures for the diocesan administration. The individual will also provide human resources consulting services to parishes, schools, and other ministries of the Diocese, including recruitment and employment; administration of benefits; insurance; pensions. Responsibilities also include background investigations of all employees and volunteers under the safe environment program for the Diocese. Requirements for the position include a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a related discipline, plus 3 to 5 years’ successful experience in human resources management. Also required are excellent communications and human relations skills. The individual must be a practicing Catholic in full communion with the Catholic Church.
